Why the reformer works

A stronger body, built from the center out.

Pilates trains the parts of you that everything else depends on — your deep core, your posture, your balance. The reformer just makes it precise, and a little addictive.

01

Build real core strength

Reformer work trains your body from the inside out — deep core, posture, balance, and the stability that holds it all together.

02

Move with more freedom

Targeted, controlled movement opens up your range of motion, eases stiffness, and helps protect you from the injuries that sideline people.

03

Quiet the noise

Breath, focus, and precise movement pull you out of your head. People leave a session clearer, calmer, and a little more themselves.

Two ways to train

Group energy or your own private hour.

Good questions

Before your first class

Still wondering about something? Give us a call at(806) 701-5444 — we're happy to help.

I've never done Pilates — is that okay?
Absolutely. Our classes are built for every level, and our instructors guide you through every step. Most people are surprised how quickly the reformer starts to feel natural. Come as you are.
What should I wear to a Pilates class?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, like a fitted top and leggings. Grip socks are recommended for traction on the reformer — they make a real difference.
How often should I do Pilates?
For the best results, aim for two to three classes a week. That said, everybody is different — start where you are and adjust to your own fitness level and goals.
Can Pilates help with injury recovery?
Yes. Pilates is a well-known method for rehabilitation. Our instructors can tailor exercises to work around specific recovery needs — a private one-on-one session is often the best place to start.
